As any consumer of fine coffee can tell you, the difference between a regular cup of joe and a well-made, properly-poured espresso drink is like night and day. An experienced professional who knows their way around a good espresso machine is worth their weight in... um... beans.

At El Corazón Café, our fresh-roasted beans come from Mexico's top coffee-growing regions – Oaxaca, Chiapas and Veracruz. You can taste the quality of these beans with every cup. Special requests? Ask us. We love making more obscure coffee drinks such as the Cortado, Flat White, Canadiana, Guillermo and Medici. We even specialize in making cold-brew coffee, an 8-hour process that results in the smoothest-tasting iced coffee.

For non-coffee drinkers, we carry the highest grade loose-leaf teas and tisanes – black, green, oolong, rooibos and herbal – because quality shouldn't stop even if you don't drink coffee. We can also whip up a fruit smoothie or press a fresh vegetable juice for a great start to your day.

For those in the mood for something stronger, you can have your coffee "en fuego" by adding a shot of your favourite liqueur to your espresso drink. Two types of buzz in one cup!
